If you've never attended a group constellation circle, here's exactly what a typical session looks like from start to finish.
Arrival and Opening
Participants arrive, settle in, and the group opens together with grounding and a clear agreement on confidentiality — what's shared in the room stays in the room.
Choosing Who Works
One or two participants volunteer to bring an issue forward. The facilitator asks a few brief clarifying questions to understand the core dynamic.
Setting Up the Constellation
The client selects other participants to represent relevant family members or elements, placing them intuitively around the room.
The Unfolding
Representatives report what they feel — physically and emotionally — as the facilitator makes small adjustments, guided by what the field reveals, until a more resourced configuration emerges.
Closing
The circle closes together with grounding and integration, ensuring everyone present — not just the person who worked — leaves settled and resourced.
