Private sessions typically run 60-90 minutes. Group workshops run longer, typically 3-4 hours, to allow time for multiple constellations and full closing integration.
No. Family Constellations, energy healing, chakra work and spiritual coaching are complementary practices, not licensed medical or mental health treatment. They work well alongside therapy and medical care, and should not replace treatment for diagnosed conditions.
Yes. Private sessions are fully confidential. Group workshops open with a shared confidentiality agreement that every participant is asked to honor.
Completely. Most clients are first-timers. No prior experience, belief system, or spiritual background is required — just openness and willingness to show up.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a private session. Group workshop spots are limited, so advance notice for cancellations helps make room for waitlisted participants.
