Group Workshops & Healing Circles
There's a particular depth that only becomes possible in a group — where you are witnessed, and where you get to witness others, too.
Group work is where Family Constellations truly comes alive. As a representative for someone else's family, you often feel — with startling clarity — exactly what that role holds. As the person whose issue is being worked, you have an entire room resourcing the field. Either way, most participants leave with insight into their own life, whether or not their own issue was on the table that day.
Albi's monthly circles in NYC bring together a small, committed group (typically 6-12 people) in a confidential, respectfully held container. Sessions include grounding and opening practice, one or two full constellations, and closing integration. No prior experience is required — every circle welcomes newcomers alongside returning participants.

How a Session Works
Opening
We open with grounding, brief introductions and an overview of how the circle will hold confidentiality and care for everyone present.
Constellations
One or two participants bring an issue forward; the group serves as representatives while Albi facilitates.
Closing
We close together with integration and grounding, so everyone leaves resourced — including those who represented, not just those who worked.
