One of the most common questions Albi hears is whether energetic and systemic work actually translates over video. The honest answer, backed by years of practice: yes. Distance does not weaken an energetic field, and constellation work has always relied more on symbolic representation and felt sense than on physical proximity. What matters is a quiet space, a stable connection, and your full presence.

Virtual sessions run exactly like in-person ones — the same depth of energy work, the same constellation process using markers or guided imagery, the same chakra assessment — adapted thoughtfully for video. This makes the work accessible to clients well beyond NYC, including across the US and internationally, and is often the easier starting point for clients who feel nervous about in-person, in-body work.
