If you tend to feel everyone else's emotions as intensely as your own, grounding isn't optional — it's essential daily maintenance.
Physical Grounding
Walk barefoot on grass or earth for a few minutes daily. Place both feet flat on the floor and consciously feel their weight before entering a stressful environment. Take a hot shower and visualize other people's energy rinsing off you.
Energetic Boundaries
Before entering crowded or emotionally intense spaces, visualize a simple boundary — light, a bubble, a cloak — around your body. Practice a short internal phrase before difficult interactions: 'I feel with you, not for you.'
Daily Practices
End each day with a two-minute release practice: naming, out loud or in writing, what isn't yours to carry from the day. Spend at least ten minutes a day in silence, away from screens and other people's energy.
When to Seek Support
If grounding techniques alone aren't enough, regular chakra balancing and energy healing sessions can provide a deeper, more consistent reset — particularly focused on the root chakra (safety and boundaries) and solar plexus (personal energetic sovereignty).
